Meet My Staff

The Law Offices of John J. Polito are staffed by two paralegals with over 30 years of combined legal experience. Michelle Sparks is an experienced paralegal who handles only personal injury cases. Michelle is involved in all important aspects of every personal injury case, from initial intake up through trial and appeal. Michelle's extensive experience and skills help ensure that every case is fully prepared.

In addition to assisting on personal injury cases, Marganne Russell is responsible for all of the paralegal work associated with criminal defense. Her attention to detail assists our law office in meeting all the scheduling, pretrial, and trial deadlines. Marganne's expertise is vital to preparing for trial, drafting jury instructions, and ensuring that all lay witnesses and expert witnesses are available and ready for trial.
